The Sponsorship and Corporate Partnership Executive will focus on identifying, cultivating and managing corporate prospects and donors to support the operations, maintenance, and public programmes of a global institute in the Nigerian market. The executive is responsible for an annual fundraising goal as well as the strategic expansion of the programme. This position reports to, and works closely with, the Managing Partner.

Compensation: Based on qualifications and experience; eligible for commission on funds raised.

Minimum Qualifications: University degree and relevant experience; success with sponsorship sales and solicitation; sales campaign development and implementation; development & grant-writing; event design and management; fastidious organizational skills; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Key Relationships: The Sponsorship and Corporate Partnership Executive is ultimately responsible for fund-raising success and for managing all of the key relationships necessary to achieve success.

Duties:
The Sponsorship and Corporate Partnership Executive has primary responsibility for the following functions:
· Identify potential sponsors and corporate partners

· Prepare documents for potential sponsors and corporate partners

· Schedule and attend meetings with potential sponsors and corporate partners

· Get the deal done (negotiating final arrangements, signed contracts, invoicing and checks in the door

· Monitor sponsor and partnership payments and receivables

· Monitor inventory

· Monitor sponsor and corporate partners list

· Communicate with sponsors and corporate partners

· Manage sponsor and corporate partners presence in system

· Prepare and manage reports

· Manage events which involve sponsor and corporate partners recognition/acquisition or dedicated to fundraising

· Design and implement individual sponsor and corporate partners programme

· Implements new ideas for fund-raising and corporate partnerships as suggested / approved.
