Job Description for PA:
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the MD
Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
Following up on phone calls, inquiries, and requests
Organizing, creating and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, letters and proposals, often corresponding on behalf of the MD;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Carrying out specific projects and research;
Responsibility for accounts and budgets;
Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management;
Deputizing for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager's absence;
Being involved in decision-making processes.

Key Skills:
3-8 years of Relevant Work Experience
Entrepreneurial and Analytical
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Proven Organizational Skills (Will Often times represent MD and have subordinates)
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
Excellent PC Skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Valid Driving License
Ability to work unsupervised, under pressure, and within deadlines
Ability to Multitask and be very flexible
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Must be Presentable

Compensation:
N50,000 - N100.000
