I bought that of #3600 recharge card and it has refused to recharge. i took the instructions in the recharge card which says i should send CC#smartcardnumber#Pin to 32055 (i.e via text message) and i did just that, yet my decoder didn't recharge ; i checked their website here>> http://www.startimes.com.ug/FAQS for recharge instructions which they said i should text CZ#SmartcardNumber#SmartcardcardNumber#pin and send it to 8383 or 0772717700 0r 0716117700 (via text message), which i also did, yet it did not activate. And this people chop my #90 just for recharging decorder which no avail

nothing good come out of nigeria........... I heard the decordr is free. Use and waste buy another

my brother, am telling you. imagine i called their office in onitsha, they were feeling very reluctant. the guy that even picked up be like say he was in a beer parlour. poor customer service, poor recharge instruction. who are they deceiving?
