hello house,i av been trying to design a blog online using wordpress.only to discover theres nothing like plugins to click on in the dashboard area.pls how do i place it there because without it i cant install any desired plugins and thems.I have been practising offline before using localhost.speed advices needed fast.Thanks in advance.

check ur account privileges and make sure its set to admin. fROM THE ADMIN MENU ON THE LEFT GO TO USERS
