Justify aligns the words very well in microsoft word.
But it can create a big gap between words in a line especially if the words in a line are few..

How do I correct this?

you need to delete the extra spacing inbetween.

Doesn't work that way.

I finally found a solution.

1- Click word options at the file menu

2- Click advanced

3- Expand layout options

4- Then tick "Don't expand character spaces on a line that ends with SHIFT-RETURN"



That's all

All you need to do is to Align all the text pressing Ctrl+A then press Ctrl+J it will remove those spaces.
