Read, digest and forward:This goes out to all Nigerian student especially those from the southwestern part of the country that understands the nitty-gritty of ”igbeyin” in terms of experiences and that of lexicalization. ”igbeyin” is a word culled from the Yoruba settings, it’s a word showcasing and signaling the end of a certain era and the Nigerian student has not been left out of these trend in our everyday society. When they have no foodstuffs, and money is been consumed by assignment, materials& handouts and their various examinations keeps knocking and getting closer. Talking on behalf of all Nigerian student especially that of our public institution where the habit of an unbalanced nutrition is somehow a mirage for its student, the case note is that malnutrition does not kills it only destroys health, health is wealth they say, the Nigerian student are left out to resorting to take in the combination of rice, beans, yam, spaghetti and even the popular flakes(Garri) all in one meal, tell me why we won’t be called half-baked and when are we going to catch up with the ever updating global trends as practiced in developed nations when we all lack good nourishment.
This period is when most of our female folks who always clamor for several flashy hairstyle like Brazilian, Ghana weaving and so, will have no option than to return to the good old of shuku, patewo days with their hairdo, telling us there is nothing like been an African woman.
Our food ratio will be like 000, 001, 010, 011 read more on:www.jagabanng.com/2015/07/igbeyinand-nigerian-student.html?m=1
