The socialite who was popularly known as Dekit died after he was kidnapped some days ago.
According to a news gathered from Trendscopenews.blogpsot.com, the architect was on his way to Ibadan from Abuja when he was waylaid and abducted along the Kogi expressway.
The deceased was abducted with two other people who mysteriously escaped their abductors leaving the late businessman to his fate.
Lagunju’s corpse was discovered by a team of policemen who formed a search party and combed the forest where he was believed to have been kept.
His corpse was found the third day in the forest and taken to the hospital for autopsy.
A source revealed that the deceased had a history of ill health leading to his death while he was with his abductors.
