The Social Media Manager will implement the company’s Social Media marketing. Administration includes content strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales. The Social Media manager will be a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing the Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership. This position will be a full time job with added benefits. AutoHouse Express will sponsor attendance at Social Media Events, blogging and industry-specific conferences. Clear objectives across all platforms will include;

 Growth of Likes
 Reach
 Engagement
 Leads
 Sales
 Great visual designs that leaves lasting effects on target audience, compelling and gets the marketing points across
 Creation of solid content strategy for each platform
 Creation of a promotion strategy
 Promotion of an Engagement strategy
 Creation of a conversion strategy
 Use analytics to measure and analyze reports for informed decision making


DAY TO DAY JOB-FUNCTIONS

1. Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
2. Create relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.
3. Create and manage all published content (images, video and written). e.g. blogging contents, video library, DIY video guides
4. Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
5. Conduct online advocacy and open opportunities for cross-promotions.
6. Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.
7. Oversee design (i.e.: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
8. Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
9. Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
10. Compile report for management showing results (ROI). Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.
11. Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
12. Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
13. Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management.
14. Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
15. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. BSc/HND
2. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
3. Demonstrate creativity and well involved in the Nigerian Social Media across all platforms. (Please provide links to your existing profile.
4. Experienced in sourcing for relevant contents and applying them to reach our target customers
5. Exhibit the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
6. Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Blog and E-Mail Marketing) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
7. Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
8. Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to retail industry
9. Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.
10. Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.
11. Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (i.e. content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
12. Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”.
13. Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
