Hello Nairalanders, Could anyone please advise on how to obtain an indigene certificate? I need to effect some changes on my international passport at the passport office in Abuja and part of the document requested for is the Indigene certificate. I am from Obokun Local government in Osun state and the civil servants are on strike. Can i possibly get this from the traditional ruler in my home town or it's only the local government that can issue it? Anyone who knows what I can do should please advise. |
