Someone bought a land somewhere in Lagos for 30,000 in 2003. Of course that was when that area was bushily bushy. This is 2015 and the light of Lagos is gradually creeping into that area. Just from nowhere, the yoruba man that sold the land returned with 300,000 and started giving it back to the person that he doesn't want to sell again. Please what is your advice here? Thanks! |
