What is d full cost of the land and what title does it have?

Kindly provide the following info:

a). What area in Lekki exactly, is it located? Lekki is a large district. Ogombo, Okun Ajah etc fall under Lagos Business School axis in Lekki. So where exactly is it located?

b). What kind of title does it have? Is it c of O, Excision or Gazette?

c). What is the plot size? What is the total cost per plot?

d). Is the area sandy or waterlogged?

e). Is the area ready for immediate development (i.e. can you buy it today, start building tomorrow and move in once it is completed?)

@laudate...(a)The area is called Oke Ado,it's before Sangotedo.
(b) It has an excision
(C) our plot sizes vary from 600 to 777sqm meters and the total cost for a 600sqm is 8 million naira but you are allowed to pay instalmentally.
(d) I can't say it's water logged, but there are water settlements here and there but we are channeling these settlements to a canal and they will be permanently eradicated with the drains.
(e) with the 12 to 15 months payment plan, you can't pay the initial deposit and start building immediately. Complete payment must have been made or atleast 70 percent payment before you can build. So yes, once your payment is completed, you can start building ASAP . It's a developed area,there are houses,hotels,shopping complex and other estates on the same street.
