This morning, a transport vehicle carrying passengers from port harcourt to yenagoa crashed along the mbiama-yenagoa road leaving some persons wounded. It would have been indeed a sad day for the passengers when the passenger bus whose driver was on a high speed amidst the rain tried to over-take a sand truck some few meters away from the junction. The space between the truck and bus was very little and by the right were series of vehicles parked this created no room for an overtake and considering the speed at which the driver was driving, it seems he has no other option except to crash into the road divider but unfortunately, the vehicle tumbled leaving some passengers trapped. But for the help of some good citizens, a man could have died inside as he was seen struggling for his life. But thank God no body died.
