Between SAP-HR & CIPM which is more important?

Presently, I am considering a career in HR but thinking on d certification & training to acquire. With HND, Coop. Econs & Mgt couple wit customer service work experience although have interest in HR. Have downloaded some HR training apps via Youtube which i use to gain insight.

I was told about a UK Certification where i only have to write thesis & if i approved i will b awarded d certificate. Don't really know how it works.

More so, how do i break into d field?

I'm planning a career in HR too. SAP-HR is an HR work tool (not very sure), while CIPM is certificate program.

See here for HR certifications: PHR, SPHR, GPHR, HRMP, HRBP, PHR-CA/SPHR-C
