Dear Nlanders. I just Got my 20000mAh powerbank deleicered to me by jumia today.. I charged it for 7hours and later tried to test it on my mobile phone..

My phone uses a 4000mAh battery.. Could you believe this powerbank charged my phone from 3% to 52% and it went off..

Please help, should i return the powerbank to jumia because i expected it to fully charge my phone at least thrice before going off
