2)if you deliver to ibadan, where is/are the pickup location(s)?

3)if there is any factory fault, how do I initiate a return, and for how long is the return valid?

Yes Acer V15 nitro is available selling for 177k. Laptop will be delivered to the address you provide.
The last question is not clear but If product has fault you will have to send it back to our office by any means you deem fit. Laptop is covered by 1 year warranty.
