Speaking at an interactive session with Journalists in Lagos, Regional Managing Partner for West Africa, Henry Egbiki, stressed that in order to tackle unemployment in Nigeria, there is need to promote entrepreneurship skills among upcoming youths.

According to him, youths must be creative enough for the society rather than wait for white collar jobs, “because believing in one’s self is the highest solution to unemployment in our country’’.
Egbiki explained that, to tackle unemployment government needs, to invest more in agriculture rather than putting all interest in the oil sector.

He added: ‘’We chose to celebrate this great entrepreneurs in Africa because they not only have great ideas, but also drive to bring them to reality and create positive social change – bringing new concepts and products to the market and creating jobs and wealth”.

The truth is not everyone can be an entrepreneur. But anyway, for those that can be, it will actually be better for you to become one so as to help others that can't be. So as to reduce the unemployment rate in the country.
