no hotspot shield please. any no ads vpn is welcome.

if I download VPN for android and then tether through Bluetooth internet connection to PC. will the PC use the android VPN. will it work that way on the PC? or I need to download a VPN for PC.

no hotspot shield asin wetin u mean? lets say u needed free vpn without paying and receiving ads right? for me hotspot elite shield is what am using and cool stuff man. meanwhile its cracked.

Yes i stated earlier that is installer application but i don't think it has anything to do with tool bar unless you are directed to their main site where they may ask you to add the add on to web browser .
