Obanubi Ayoola Olaniyi made quite an impression on this week’s episode of the Star Lager sponsored football platform, Star Football Superfans with an eclectic rap performance which made the audience spring to their feet in delight.

One of the five Chelsea fans that starred on the show, the 32 year-old technician, while representing his team True Blues on the Show Your Passion segment of the show, remixed the street rap hit, 'Awon Goons Mi' in praise of Chelsea FC. He backed up his short performance with an energetic display of hip thrusting and wiggling which inspired the audience to sing and dance along.

Unfortunately for him, his opposite number Oyinlusi Rotimi Ezekiel from Glory FC, put on an even more incredible performance, doing his own rendition of "Tesojue" which got the boisterous audience on his side.

The show ended in favour of Rotimi and his four fellow Real Madrid supporters, Obidike Benjamin, Olutade Rotimi, Babatunde Abiola and Filani Olumide Samuel, who went home with the N1m grand prize and this week's bragging rights. Ayoola and his colleagues, Olanipekun Oluwaseun Emmanuel, Callistis Ngwu, Ayeni Tokunbo Bamidele and Oyelami Taofeek Kola thus had to make do with the N100,000 consolation prize.

Sponsored by Star Lager, the Star Football SuperFans campaign kicked off eleven weeks ago. It aims to test and reward the knowledge and passion of football fans.
