Western digital is the best,its an american product.I bought mine Dec 12,2012, its never had an hitch once,there was a day it fell on my hand(on the rug though) i was scared,but when i connected it,all my files where safe.My cousin bought samsung last year,he last all his files this year due to slight hitch.Samsung\lg etc r made in china to reduce cost n thereby cheaper,but if u care abt ur files go for western digital,slightly costly but the best.500GB is less than N12000,1.4 TB shdnt b more than N21000@comp village ikeja
