imo, if you want to migrate to Nigeria for husband, job, etc, its better to go to Abuja for the following reasons:

it is a planned city

it is more modern

different people from all over the world are already there

the life is easier

getting jobs may also be easier, the city is still developing and there's a lot of international presence

you will find friendly people, unlike elsewhere where they may be hostile to you

etc etc.

you can also try Calabar area (this includes Akwa Ibom which is a developing state, many projects going on there).
