Once in a while, we go of course, a little slack or difficulty leaves us behind in our pursuit. If you would be honest enough, you actually once thought you would have gone farther than this by now. So what happened? Were your goals unrealistic, were your methods inaccurate or were you incompetent altogether?
There would be unanticipated shortfalls in life. Sometimes life screams into your ears and tells you: "You ain't that smart". At that point, many quit pursuing their dreams; they stop wanting anything other than food and clothing. How many people there are who do not have a course they live for, who only wake up to follow routines.
If your life's short of what you wanted in the beginning, then it's time you recalibrate. Reassess your goals, relationships and methods. Check out your patterns of progress. Draw a graph of specific aspects of your life in the past 5, 10 years. How much progress have you made in the overall? How comprehensive has your life's growth been? What areas have you neglected? Check your life's engine; gauge the oil, inspect the tires and the electrical system; recalibrate: set new goals for your life. Even if an overhaul is required, do not hesitate to reset your life (i.e start all over), until order is enforced.
