I am supposed to be interviewed for CRO, pls is dis commission based too? And what is d product to be sold?

I actually left during the process when i found out what its all about and stuff,you need to read thru their website. its all in there. you will be acting like an independent sales person and earn commission after you solicit and seal an ad

Didnt go too....considering d commision salary the other person said.....couldnt doubt it cos if u go true the questionnaire attached to the interview invite it says it all.

I went for it on friday. Dey collected d pre employment form n our previous employment letter. I applied for CRO. Dey gave us one of their leaflet to read for a short test but d leaflet was based on admission n commission which was for d sales pple but most of us misinterpreted dem n left d hall. Dey came bk, collected d leaflet n d test was based on wat was on d leaflet. After d test, somone came to put us through how d stuff works with a projector n he said dat our role is CRO n not sales, so we shouldnt be afraid. After dat dey gave us a jotter n a pen n said if we ar successful on d test, dey will mail us within one week. Dats all
