Job Description

• Prepare & execute go to market plan to achieve desired monthly sales targets.
• Sourcing and managing channels for product promotion
• Developing, directing and monitoring a team of marketers involved in marketing products of the company.
• communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press
• managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs;
• writing and proofreading copy;
• liaising with designers and printers;
• organising photo shoots;
• arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
• maintaining and updating customer databases;
• organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
• managing budgets;
• evaluating marketing campaigns;
• monitoring competitor activity

• Fluent in English Language

Job Description

• Make outgoing and answer incoming calls in a high volume call center environment
• Communicates directly with customers and builds strong business relationships using sound communication skills
• Provides timely and accurate customer service support such as processing orders, resolving or escalating complaints, and providing information regarding products and services.
• Engages in projects and other activities during low call volume, such as processing or responding to orders and questions submitted by customers online.

Main Duties
Transport and deliver customers’ orders quickly by motorcycle. Orders are usually small packages and are for delivery around Lagos.

Job Requirements
As a motorcycle despatch rider, you should:

• have good knowledge of Lagos roads
• enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider
• be physically fit
• be reliable and punctual
• be able to work on your own
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
• Polite and able to get along with people
• have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records
• have the ability to read and follow guides, plan and learn routes
• have a mature attitude
• be friendly and presentable.

Ability to use Google maps and smartphones is an added advantage
