Bubbling Fluidized-Bed Technology

For fuels with good moisture contents and low heating values including sludges and high moisture biomass, ZG recommends the utilization of bubbling fluidized-bed boiler technology. ZG has an open bottom BFB design that's suitable for burning fuels containing large waste noncombustible material, like rocks and scrap metal. BFB technology also is well-suited to retrofit applications on stoker-fired or chemical recovery boilers.
