following the recent eligibility policy implemented by jamb, there have been speculations....But i believe Its jamb dat caused dis tin by demselves by removing second choice ....if it was b4 now...ur first choice cud be unilag..den ur second choice cud be a private uni or state ....dat way every school will get applicants.... Schools lyk UI take second choice na...den state unis....wat happend was dat ppl were faced wit only one choice to choose so dey chose d universities dat dey liked....dats wat happend...assumim dere was second choice u'll still pick a state uni as ur second choice...or private...but who wud want to pick state or private as first and only choice?..... It favours some universities dat wud get high nomba of applicants...instead of doin dis policy, jamb shud put back d second choice option...or
even increase i
