please I don't no if there is any thread on how to get Italy visa, I have a friend that wish to reside and work there. but his agent is charging him #650 000 for double entry and said is shanghai visa. please is there any way to reduce this prize?

There's no need to pay any agent...you can arrange the documents legally yourself..or send a mail to kentrolevels@yahoo.co.uk for detailed guidelines or better still visit their embassy or Google for more details.
