Drake and Meekmill have been caught up in a brawl resultant from Meekmill's comment that Drake hides under the cloak of ghostwriters to dish out songs he claims are his. One might be forced to contend that in this social media age where some people make a living out of song writing that there's no need for unnecessary noise over Drake's choice of employing a writer, but the question that follows is 'why doing it surreptitiously?' In his reply titled 'Charged up' (which some claim was not written by Drake) Drake apparently failed to touch on the crux of the issue. The song which is too vague to be a rebuttal to the lingering question on his creative and lyrical prowess and ridiculously too low to qualify for a diss track has added a scintila of validity to Meekmill's assertions. Meekmill responded to the track as being 'lotion soft.' With DJ Funflex of Hot97 lending a tone to it, the end to this brawl seems farther from horizon than imagined.
