Thanks for your reply. Can the building fit into half plot of land about 325sqm. Is it possible to see the floor layout sketch.

Yes, it can. Infact, I have thread where I construct two of this duplex on a 640 square metres plot of land.

Though, this client rejected the concrete facia design, so I changed it and he refused making provision for glass block.
The ground floor is 10m x 12m ie 120 square meters.

The remaining 105 meters would go for parking space(atleast 4 cars), generator base and security house.
