The quickest way to address this issue I think should be
Jamb should categorize institution into 3 parts.
Those with excess demand
Those in equilibrum
Those with deficit demand
Those with excess demand and equilibrium will be told to start their admission exercise earlier and choose candidates. Then candidates with good score who couldn't make it because there are not enough space will be asked to apply to schools with deficit demand. With that no one will be protesting against jamb, many of us will be praising them.
