You must have seen various types of jungle justice, but this is one of a kind, at least I for one have not seen such before. Everyday for the thief one day for the owner is what happened to these goat thieves some where in Ondo state. They were notorious for stealing goats along streets at night until that faithful day. The thieves were lucky that they haven't been roasted like goats before the police came to their rescue. The manner in which the goats were hung on there necks is quite hilarious but I pity the innocent goats.

C'mon...

Every criminal deserves the punishment he got coming to him, but this isn't right.
To put this in a good perspective, imagine if a close relation was caught stealing. Would you rather he gets this kinda treatment, or be arrested by police...and let civilized justice take it's course?

Criminals don't really deserve mercy, but their punishment should be as prescribed by the law.
Our society seem to be regressing.

Why suffer the goats again after they escaped from being stolen?

For me, I would rather settle for the most demeaning job, the one despise by all to survive than steal. If in the event that there are no jobs which isn't even possible and no option, I would rather beg to survive than steal, besides, no condition is permanent if only one is not lazy and ready to be smart in hustling in the right way plus being hardworking too.

Jungle justice makes us look like a group of people lacking sense. Though many have lost confidence in the Nigerian Police but we should always remember that 'a country without law is a country without sin. We have laws here an we should abide by them.

No to jungle justice.
