No Network Adapter In My Network Places / 115.4kbps Instead Of 460.8kbps On My Network. / I Can't Access My Ftp Server Outside My Network (2) (3) (4)

My network is very slow, when no one is on the network for some minutes, its wont go through when one is back to make use of it. and even after using it for about 30 minutes it the same thing will also happen not until i restart the modem. I need your views please |
