Hello house, we just discovered a dead and decayed squirell inside our one and only family water reservoir.
Is the water still safe for drinking,bathing, cooking etc. If not,can it be treated?

Decomposition is a 'complete' process. Wait until their's nothing left of the carcass. The water should return to it's natural unpolluted state.

thanks 4 caring.the carcass has been pulled out of the water days ago but the water still smell bad.

dats the only water source. It will b e expensive to replace.
