Rivers state chapter of All Progressive Congress (APC) has raised alarm of an alleged plot by the state government against former governor Rotimi Amaechi. In a statement by Chris Finebone, the APC publicity secretary in the state, the party said it has uncovered plans by the state government to formulate a false damaging report against Amaechi, Vanguard reports.
