Unknown men have burnt down the offices of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Obingwa Local Government Area in Abia State. According to an eye-witnesses, the incident, which occurred at 1.00p.m. yesterday, razed the whole building, including the store and Electoral Officer’s office and others.
