In recognition of his numerous humanitarian work via the Ejeben Foundation, Double Chief Brume Ejeben will be honoured with the prestigious Delta Role Model Award August 26th 2015 at Grand Hotels Asaba.

The letter of Conferment of Honour sent to him reads: Having satisfied the requisite nominations/voting in the search for Delta Role Models held in June/ July 2015, on recommendation of the Role Board of Examiners, Senate has approved that the Role Model Status be awarded to you for proven track records of humanitarian and community service, by this honour you are listed as one among 24 Deltans/Institutions with exceptional positive qualities worthy of emulation to be celebrated to mark the 24th anniversary of Delta State.

It is on record that other Deltans who had been honoured with similar award in the time past are: Late Justice Esiri(CFR), Major General David Edjor Rtd, Chief Efe Akpofure (SAN), Dr. Evang.
