I paid for examination fee online with UBA africard and was charged with black market rate. I was to pay $65, but UBA charged N15,722.39. Even though CBN official exchange rate is N199, it should not be too far from N200. N242 is out of the window, daylight robbery of my hard earned money. Buhari must touch-light all this banks involved in this racketing and over profiteering. |
