The GIS programme is a well thought out by the previous administration headed by GEJ and should be sustained by the present administration,but the action of the staff should be monitored especially in the area of payment of stipend and training allowan
ces, the payments come but late, the training allowances sometimes are not paid like those who were trained in Abia around december 2014 are yet to receive the said money.it is good those whom it is their duty to release the monies do so as we were told provisions were made for those already engaged.those who are through with the programme are still to get their certificates and are still owed amount due for two training allowances of 30000 each.
