Pls guys I need help installing Eclipse on my pc.
I already have Netbeans and TextPad, but my tutor (Youtube) uses Eclipse.
While installing it, it goes through every process, but at the end it gives an error message.
Pls help me out if you can. Thanks.

It shows this: The environment variable JAVA_HOME (with the value of JAVA_HOME) does not point to a valid JVM installation.

I have experienced this same issue. The problem is usually caused by conflicting Eclipse and JDK versions. If your Eclipse is 32bit, your JDK should also be 32bit and the same for 64bit.


Secondly, make sure your JDK part is in your PATH variable

Thanks a lot . I have never used Android studio. I hardly develop Android apps self

Update your JDK, and make it your variable path

This problem is always experienced when the JAVA JDK path variable is not among the environment variable.

To fix this, you need to add the path to your jdk bin directory to your environment variables.
