Function: Sales Department

Overall Job Objective (Purpose):

Role: Front line seller, executor of the company and distributor plans in Kiosks,

Responsibility: Bike Sales Rep is accountable for delivering target Volume, superior coverage and in-store presence (Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising) in all Kiosks coverage. BSR is accountable for superior execution of Bike selling Elements

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: O’Levels
Experience: No experience required
Language: Basic communication in English & Fluency in local dialect
Riding: Two years Tricycle riding experience with valid riders permit.
Other Criteria: Persuasive Communication skills; Integrity, Valid Motor Cycle Driving License, Age not more than 35 years

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for selling Volume, Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising to all Kiosks in coverage.
2. Responsible for ensuring quality execution of sales fundamentals in Kiosks. Included are: Distribution of all SKUs (for kiosks); retail pricing objective met, Shelving and Merchandising objective met, Van selling Criteria met, or exceeded.
3. Identifying and developing new and potential customers to ensure a minimum of 120 productive customers per week. This includes extensive work to convert unproductive customers in current route plan and identify new ones.
4. Help Kiosks to resell our brands via meeting Distribution, Pricing, Shelving and Merchandising targets and creative displays.
5. Responsible for ensuring that kiosk prices are in line with company target pricing
6. Responsible for perfect reporting to Bike Sales Rep Supervisor. This includes; Competitive information, Sales fundamentals, Daily Coverage Reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Delivery of aligned RPS in his / her coverage ensuring achievement of RPS of visibility through Merchandiser
· Planning and achievement of store wise volume objectives in the assigned area
· Regular coverage of the stores
· Identifying and developing new and potential customers.
· Ensuring no Out of stocks at the Kiosks
· Delivery of conceptual selling plans
· Excellent planning execution of the promotions in his/her area
· Collecting and providing the competitor information
· New product launch / Initiative deployment in kiosks

MEASURES
· % stores meeting distribution and merchandising and Perfect stores as per the monthly targets.
· Monthly volume target

· Route wise volume objectives
· 100% coverage of stores,
Productivity as per the monthly target
· Ensure a minimum of 120 productive customers per week.
· OOS at the retail as per the target
· 100% hit rate on plan execution and volume objectives met
· New product launch completed on time and business and merchandising objectives
