GARLIC:
Garlic is an herb. It is best known as a flavoring for food but over the years, garlic has been used as a medicine to prevent or treat a wide range of diseases and conditions, one of them happens to be cleansing the liver.
Garlic, in Just a small amount has the ability to activate liver enzymes, which help your body flush out toxins.
Garlic also holds high amounts of allicin and selenium, two natural compounds that aid in liver cleansing.

Green tea, native to China and India, has been consumed and hailed for its numerous health benefits for centuries globally, but has only recently gained popularity in the US.

Green tea is made from un-oxidized leaves and is one of the less processed types of tea {with white tea the least} and therefore contains one of the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols.



LEAFY GREEN VEGETABLES:
Leafy green vegetables are One of the most powerful allies in cleansing the liver that can be eaten raw, cooked, or juiced. High in plant chlorophylls, greens literally suck up environmental toxins from the blood stream and the body.
They eliminate and neutralize chemicals and pesticides and are powerful protective mechanisms for the liver.
Everyone should eat at least five servings of vegetables daily {that’s about 2 1/2 cups of cooked vegetables}, and that includes leafy greens.
