The ideal candidate must have the following attributes: (1) 5 years Managerial experience in FMCG, QSR, Food sector e.g UTC, UACR, Shoprite, Butterfield. (2) BSc/Hnd Food Technology, Catering & Hotel Mgt preferably with MBA. (3) experience using Macadams bakery equipments and Advanspid bakery equipments.
