I suggest u vsit a dermatologist. Dont use any cream dat hasnt been recommended by a doctor

I had one like this , but mine was due to using wipes to Clean my face. what I did was exfoliate and rub skineal on it at night. I did it for only two days and the marks at the corner of my mouth faded. hope it works, if it doesn't , see a doctor.

See a doc. If u chnged pomade pls return to ur old one. Dnt apply anythin new der too. Gud luck
