Ibori- the enough is enough crusade
Kai, Nigerians, we are a special breed. They have
just announced a major crusade tagged ‘enough
is enough’to pray for the immediate release of
Chief Ibori from prison. I support this crusade
wholeheartedly simply because I once met him
at a wedding and shook him. He was a very
charismatic figure who walked in the regal
posture of an all conquering Emperor, so he does
not deserve to be in jail at all. He deserves to be
the new MD of NNPC. What is it sef? Why is he
still in prison, is his offense the biggest, after all
those who are today shouting change are no
better.
He should be released so he can come and
contribute his own quota to national
development. If Ibori was out now, we would not
be reporting 38% pass rate in WAEC, he would
have intervened in the fight between Amadu
Pinick and Stephen Keshi. I beg all Nigerians to
join this crusade and pray fervently for the
immediate release of chief Ibori . On second
thoughts , is it not better he stays there until
Buhari goes, because I cannot pray and fast two
times. We don’t want for him to be released only
for Buhari to throw him back into a local jail.
Abeg, let’s wait till Buhari finish his term before
we commence this crusade o. Na beg.
Boko Haram in Lagos?
One Military Chief has just told us of how they
arrested Boko Haram people in Lagos. One at
the Airport and the other in Apapa. I thank God
not in Shomolu. You see, it’s not that I am afraid
of them but as a man with too many kurukere
moves, how will I explain to my wife that I was
blown up at the female hostel in Unilag, when I
was supposed to be at work, working late. That
has always been my fear for all these suicide
bombers who do not give people enough time to
prepare before they are blown up . So it is just
well that the military have shown enough
capacity to stop them in Lagos, please they
should continue to do this good job and if there
is any way I can be of help they should not
