Your phone is most likely faulty. It's not a software problem it's a hardware problem so either take it to a phone engineer or return it. I'm sure it should have a warranty.

It will remove root access.

And I don't think resetting can fix the camera. I have done factory reset on 5.1 and 6.0

For those who has downloaded andriod 6 system update but do not want to install it yet. Let me show you how to remove it from your notification. Under settings, apps has something called Google Play services. Not store. If you uncheck the notification box in Google Play services and restart the phone the notification for the Android system updates will stop in the notification bar. Worked like a charm! I hope it is helpful?

thats how that in screen button works on all phones with it, when playing any game that u have to turn the screen it will disappear and sometimes disappear when play games tht u have to hold the phone up right. If u want to exit the game touch the top of the screen as if u want to call ur notification panel it will appear and disappear if u dont use it.

I really don't know why this phone switched it self off while on marshmallows. it was so when I first updated it, I had port XUI and worked flawlessly. I ported the march update, after about 3days of smooth operation, it came switching off again, who knows if it's a bug or not? Or the result of messing around with it?
How do I resolve this?
The number of times I turned it on in a day is uncountable, I was even thinking its a body sensors, cos most of the time its in my pocket, its same even if have it in hand or place on anything, after a time, when i want to use it it's turned off and I've had to turn it on all the time.

Check the battery terminals to see if it's loose. If it is, pad the battery with a small bit of paper.
If you're sure it's not a battery problem then I'll suggest you do a complete factory reset. If the problem persists then you might need to flash back the original infinix Android one lollipop ROM and then do the subsequent updates. If it persists then it might be a hardware problem and will require you to take it back. I'm sure it should have a warranty.

I don't think it will be soon. Besides the Android one Marshmallow ROM is perfect as it is right now. Except for those of you who are fans of OTG. I don't care for the feature so I'm good.
