I'm having the same problem as well. I've complained on several occasions and given the same lame excuse. In my view the company is a fraud, unfortunately there's no consumer agency one can complain or write to for help. I watch my usage like a hawk and noticed that the usage never reconciles (especially within the past two months). It is a depressing that some foreign company is ripping us off and there's little that can be done about it. Sad!! |
