That vehicle isn't later than a MY2007.

Using the seatbelts as a fact can be quite erroneous...

Rather, as someone already said, check the VIN...specifically the 10th number in the sequence will tell you the model year....

Or you could look at the information plate stuck on the 'B' pillar of the vehicle...(if you know which one is the "B' Pillar)...

Or the information stuck inside the glove box....
