can u tell me places where such happens? Go to local govt for an advert u want to place on ur own vehicle... Thats impossible.

U dont need anyone's permission to do that. No charges is attached to it as well..

A car I purchased in Lagos had all the little stickers from the different LGA. I was stopped going to Omole phase ! and asked for my clearance. If you drive a vehicle that has advertising on it you are likely to be harrassed by the LGA thugs

You are telling me that you dont even know that many LGA's have permits for car adverts?

Many delivery vans in Ph does not bear advert or company logo on them. Paying for advert on cars is actually part of Internally Generated Revenue of most LGA's & they give out receipts or stickers as a proof of payment.

It is unfair for you to make fun of the OP just because of his ignorance and innocence.

Every good advert begins with an interesting and, most times, educative intro before the real thing.

and thats exactly what the OP just did!

And he has enlightened and opened my eyes to the efficacy of mobile/car advert.

So it is expected and quite normal that he concludes it with letting us know that he offers the service.

It is also understandable if he is unaware that people who run such adverts have to pay territorial fees. in fact, I am just hearing of such too.

Finally, i dont think the territorial fees one have to pay for running such ads can be commensurate with the conversion rate and awareness it will create.
