 Nigerian Broadcast Commission, the watchdog of all things broadcast on Nigerian airwaves is back again banning songs from the airwaves! This time the usual offenders Wizkid, D’Banj are joined by Nicki Minaj, Tiwa Savage, Jhene Aiko and many more. On Air Personality Yaw of Wazobia FM posted the list of offending artistes and the reasons why they have been banned. Davido’s Fans Mi was banned for promoting an ostentatious lifestyle, violence, drug trafficking and indecent exposure. Wizkid, Reminisce, Omarion’s Post To Be, Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda” & others were banned for Vulgar Lyrics.
