To my understanding

Key skills: Are the relevant job skills that have been acquired in relation to the job. i.e the skills needed for a particular job.

Key accomplishments: What you achieved in your previous or current job. What you were able to add to the company's growth.

Key competencies: General skills that one possess. i.e working under extreme pressure

Professional experience: In our environment, it is usually the post NYSC experience or related experience to the job search.

It is self explanatory .A standard CV should contain all the mentions.
Your key skills (e.g people management)should come after your career objective on your CV.
You accomplishments can also be listed in your CV after skills, key competence(must be related to the job you are applying for) e.g design chart of account(For accounting professional) can come after trainings and seminars attended while professional experience is your duties and responsibilities were your worked and currently work.
