Fundamentals Teachings Of Christ Every Christain Should Know And Live By by Nobody: 2:04pm On Aug 25, 2015
Was reading the Bible ahead of a writing I intended to put up on Nairaland for Christians using this forum “Prayers Every Christain Should Pray Daily” and in the process received revelations on the fundamentals teachings of Christ which according to him was what God requires of us to do; the very will of the Father. So I decided to put it up as early as I could for enlightenment of Christians and whoever has the opportunity to read this.

1 MATTHEW 5:21-25: That we should be slow to anger, count others better than us, be quick to reconcile and make peace with all men. And as such be sons of God and be blessed(Matt 5:9)

2 MATTHEW 5:27-30: That we should take heed to ourselves and purify our heart (Matt 5:8 )

3 Matthew 5:31-32: That there is no justifiable ground for divorce except for unfaithfulness, and we should take heed to not making others sin against God.

4 Matthew 5:33-37: That we should be trustworthy and faithful in all our dealings with men.

5 Matthew 5:43-47: That God wants us to be perfect like him in loving enemies and friends alike, praying for those who persecute us and not distinguishing between men whether good or evil, poor or rich.

6 Matthew 6: 1-4: That we should not love the praise of men for giving but we should be a cheerful and liberal giver.

7 Matthew 6:5-14: To trust God by praying to him, forgiving others, avoiding repetition of words when praying, and endeavor at all time to make our prayer simple and short.

8 Matthew 6:16-18: That God rewards all who seek him and we should endure to fast when we dim fit.

9 Matthew 6:19-21: That we should not lay treasure up on earth, not gather wealth up for ourselves on earth in that true riches is in heaven and as such we should lay up our treasures in heaven by selling our possessions and giving it to the poor and needy. And also set our heart on heavenly things.

10 Matthew 6:22-23: Be a light to the world, living Christ for them to see and not just preaching Christ. And examine ourselves always.

11 Matthew 6:24-31: Seek God Kingdoms by believing in him and His righteousness by doing obeying these fundamental teachings of Christ.

12 Matthew 7:1-6: Examine ourselves before correcting others to do so and at the same time live by wisdom.

13 Matthew 7:7-12: Ask, seek and knock at all times and be ready to serve others.

14 Matthew 7:13-14:
Temptation and Tribulation is on the path to life and few (Christians) find it(symbolically Christ)

15 Matthew 7:15-20: There are false prophets and we are to guard ourselves against them by looking not at their teaching nor their gifts but their mode of living—life if it contradicts any of the fundamentals teachings of Christ. And they are known by the deeds of their hands alone.

16 Matthew 7:21-23: That wickedness is not doing the will of the Father and the will of the Father is keeping these fundamentals teachings for they are the Righteousness of God’s Kingdom.

17 Matthew 15:24-26:
That Whoever keeps these teachings of Christ shall stand when He comes in the clouds of heaven and whoever does not keep it shall perish.

Christ said, “Seek yee first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and all other things shall be added onto you” This advice came in two fold, “Kingdom of God” and “His righteousness”. We have found the Kingdom of God and let us now do His righteousness for these two are required of us for all other things to be added onto us.

It is my prayer that as you read this may the Ancient words impart.

Cc: Lalasticlacla, i know this is not sunday but do us a favour by moving this to FP. Thanks
